Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the January 21 meeting were reviewed.  Randy Wolff moved to approve the minutes.
Bob Ross seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:
AR Mike LaBonte to add IBISCHK7.0.1 for MacOS
  - Mike has not had access to a Mac setup with Xcode compiler.


IBISCHK7 source code license:
Bob Ross reported that 8 of 9 expected payments had been received.
The last was received Jan 31.


New IBISCHK bugs:
Bob Ross reported no new bugs. We had 3 open bugs.
There had no discussion of BUG207 at DesignCon.


IBIS-ISS parser:
Randy Wolff said there had been agreement that a parser was desired.  Mike noted that
Atul Agarwal had proposed basing a parser on source code for a free SPICE parser.
Bob Ross suggested following up, sending a specification document for a more specific
proposal.  We read from previous emails on the topic.
